This service provides a comprehensive day-to-day property management and rent collection service for landlords. You can instruct us at any stage. From that point we take responsibility for the day to day running of your property including rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and compliance.
If you have let your property privately or through a lettings agent, your Chestertons property manager will work closely with you, or the other agent, to ensure a smooth handover and handle the management of the property on your behalf. We will also administer all your legal and financial obligations ensuring a time efficient and seamless transition.
