This service provides a comprehensive day-to-day property management and rent collection service for landlords. You can instruct us at any stage. From that point we take responsibility for the day to day running of your property including rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and compliance.
If you have let your property privately or through a lettings agent, your Chestertons property manager will work closely with you, or the other agent, to ensure a smooth handover and handle the management of the property on your behalf. We will also administer all your legal and financial obligations ensuring a time efficient and seamless transition.
Professional portfolio management
A structured way to manage multiple rental properties under one service. For landlords with three or more properties, this brings everything into one place, reducing complexity and saving time, especially across London.

Patrick joined Chestertons in 2001 and during his time has successfully managed various types of properties/portfolios across London. He is well equipped to deal with complicated situations and is passionate about providing a highly professional service for his clients.
Pippa began working in property and account management in 2007, specialising in Health and Safety, HMO and additional licensing. She is also heavily involved in our refurbishment services assisting clients from minor improvements to full refurbishments maximising their investments and return
Nicola has worked in the property industry since 2002, and joined Chestertons in 2006. In her role as Head of Premier Property Management department, she prides herself in building strong client relationships and being able to match each client to one of the experienced Property Managers.
Michelle has been in the property industry since 2003 and has a wealth of experience managing assets for clients of a varied and vast portfolio, from block management and commercial systems to new and accidental landlords.
