    For landlords who let privately, via another agent or wish to transfer management mid-tenancy. This service provides a comprehensive day-to-day property management and rent collection service for landlords. You can instruct us at any stage. From that point we take responsibility for the day to day running of your property including rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and compliance.

    If you have let your property privately or through a lettings agent, your Chestertons property manager will work closely with you, or the other agent, to ensure a smooth handover and handle the management of the property on your behalf. We will also administer all your legal and financial obligations ensuring a time efficient and seamless transition.

    Professional Portfolio Management

    A structured way to manage multiple rental properties under one service. For landlords with three or more properties, this brings everything into one place, reducing complexity and saving time, especially across London.

    Instead of multiple contacts or fragmented processes, you have one point of responsibility. Your dedicated consultant oversees day to day management, coordinates maintenance and compliance, and ensures consistent handling across all properties.

One of our property management consultants will be appointed as your single point of contact and will seamlessly manage the letting of your property, instructing other agents and submitting all offers received from suitable tenants. As part of this service, we will manage the referencing process, produce and execute all tenancy documentation and ensure all landlord legal obligations are met.
