Tucked discreetly away just moments from Drury Lane and the world-famous Covent Garden Piazza, this exceptional two-bedroom apartment forms part of an exclusive warehouse conversion in one of Central London’s most vibrant and culturally rich neighbourhoods.

Set within a characterful converted building on historic Kean Street, named after the celebrated Shakespearean actor Edmund Kean, this apartment offers a rare blend of heritage and contemporary living in the heart of Covent Garden. The building itself is a local landmark, instantly recognisable for the striking artwork by renowned designer Tord Boontje that adorns its façade.

Inside, the apartment is bright, airy and beautifully presented throughout. At its heart is a generous open-plan reception room, ideal for both relaxing and entertaining, served by a sleek, modern kitchen fully integrated with Bosch appliances.

The spacious principal bedroom benefits from fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, and is complemented by a further well-proportioned second bedroom. A contemporary bathroom finished with Villeroy & Boch sanitaryware completes the accommodation.

With lift access and one of London's most vibrant neighbourhoods on the doorstep, this is an exceptional home or pied-à-terre in the West End.

A particular highlight is the substantial south-west-facing private balcony, which extends the living space outdoors and provides an ideal setting for al fresco dining, entertaining or simply enjoying the afternoon and evening sun. The building itself is an intimate residential conversion of just a small number of apartments, adding a sense of privacy and exclusivity rarely available in WC2.

Kean Street enjoys a uniquely quiet position in the heart of Theatreland, tucked away from the energy of Covent Garden whilst remaining moments from renowned restaurants, boutique cafés, luxury shopping and some of the finest theatres in the world. Residents benefit from exceptional connectivity, with Covent Garden, Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations — including the Elizabeth Line — all within easy walking distance, providing direct access across London, Heathrow and the City.
