Nikki's started her property career straight after university and what started as a stopgap became a job she fell in love with, taking her from West London through to East, managing offices across Richmond, Notting Hill, South Kensington and Knightsbridge before landing in Shoreditch.

She has been a Regional Director since 2021, covering a broad range of London markets, and joined Chestertons in 2025 to take on the North and East London region. She's been struck by the culture and talent across the business, and is proud to now be part of it.

Nikki and her team love to dispel the average image and perception of an estate agent, and that comes through in how she drives her team. She believes honesty, transparency and genuinely good advice are what set the best agents apart. For Nikki, culture is a big focus — she believes a strong, supportive culture within a team is what ultimately shows up in the level of service clients receive, so getting that right internally is just as important as anything client-facing. It's why Nikki places such importance on developing her team — happy, well-supported people naturally translate into a better experience for clients.

Outside work, Nikki can usually be found out on the water paddleboarding, or on a long walk in the countryside.
