Donna’s journey in the property industry began in 2005 when she joined Chestertons.. Starting as a Lettings Coordinator in the Kensington office, Donna swiftly recognised the significance of compliance and the need for streamlined administrative processes.

In 2008, her proactive approach led to the centralisation of the tenancy renewals function, resulting in notable improvements in productivity and customer experience. Building on this success, Donna spearheaded the centralisation of all tenancy administration functions for lettings. In recognition of her expertise and impactful contributions, Donna was promoted to the role of Head of Lettings Operations in 2024.

Besides her professional achievements, Donna is very proud of her impact on the company’s culture. She was the driving force in establishing Chestertons’ Equality Forums for Women, LGBTQI+, Mental Health, and Cultural Diversity. These forums serve as vital platforms for promoting a culture of inclusivity, offering opportunities for employees to connect, share experiences, and raise awareness.
