Katinka Hill

Katinka has risen through the ranks at Chestertons over almost two decades to become Head of Lettings. She has been recognised by the business for her leadership, market expertise and her long contribution to the business.

Having joined Chestertons in 2007, Katinka has built her career across the company's London-wide network, progressing through a series of senior leadership roles and helping to shape the success of its lettings operation across the capital.

Her appointment reflects Chestertons' commitment to developing talent from within and investing in long-term career progression.

During almost two decades with the business, Katinka has held several senior positions, including Director of Fulham Road Lettings, Area Director for South West Lettings and, most recently, Regional Director for Central Lettings.

Throughout that time, she has led high-performing teams, supported landlords and tenants across some of London's most competitive residential markets, and played a key role in driving growth across the company's lettings business.
