Graham Jennings is Regional Director at Chestertons, overseeing the South West London lettings region across eleven offices, including Barnes, Battersea, Chiswick, Clapham, East Sheen, Kew, Putney, Richmond and Wandsworth.
Graham's career in property began at a local agency, where he progressed from lettings negotiator to manager over six years, learning the business from the ground up. He then spent time as a firefighter, a role built on calm judgement under pressure and looking after people when it matters most. He carried both lessons back into property, first as a branch manager in Guildford, then joining Chestertons in 2019, where he has since progressed from Associate Director to Director to Regional Director.
That path shapes how Graham leads today. He believes property is ultimately a people business: landlords trusting someone to look after a valuable asset, tenants trusting someone to find them a home, and teams needing a manager who genuinely has their back. He works closely with his branch managers across the region, helping them grow and supporting them through an evolving rental market, so that every office delivers the same standard of care his clients expect.
Outside work, Graham continues to invest in his own development, having recently completed an executive education programme with Imperial College Business School and a CMI Level 7 Senior Leader qualification, both achieved with Distinction.
