Our Relocations Team
Our Corporate and Relocation team provide a bespoke home search service specifically designed for companies and their employees relocating to London whether it may be for a short-term stay or a long-term home. We work with over 250 relocation consultants, HNWs, embassies, film production firms as well as companies both in the UK and overseas to make the home-finding process as streamlined and as seamless as possible.
We work with a variety of firms across different industries to provide a confidential property home-finding service both for corporate short and long-term letting:
Film production companies - sourcing short and long-term accommodation for film and television cast, crew, producers, and actors.
Embassies – providing an account management service to assist Diplomats and Embassy staff.
Sports Lets – dedicated to people and agents across the sports business in sourcing short and long-term homes. Our team can assist with advising on local areas with travel distances to club/training ground and provide advice for athletes taking their first steps into property investment.
Students and Graduates - Chesterton’s Corporate Services offers students, interns, new starters and graduates a free accommodation service that provides them with advice, support and excellent service in finding a property. Personal Account Managers are available to give presentations and attend graduate fairs to ensure your new employees are settled once they start their new job.
Short-term stays - Fully furnished properties of all sizes available from one to six months, they are inclusive of all utilities and create a real home away from home. They are available at very short notice and can be extended at any time to allow flexibility and provide a convenient alternative to a hotel or serviced apartment.

Eliza joined Chestertons in 2017 as a lettings agent in St Johns Wood before moving to the South Kensington branch to advance her prime central experience. Eliza now Heads up the Corporate Services and Relocation Department– combining her passion for property and love of building long-lasting rapport with our corporate network, clients and tenants.
Chaz Claase
Chaz first joined Chestertons in 2003, and is a real lettings all-rounder. He began his career as a data processing administrator, before becoming a property manager and then moving into front office as a lettings negotiator in Little Venice, followed by 7 years running the lettings department of our Camden branch. Chaz recently returned to Chestertons, joining the growing corporate team.
Melissa relocated to London in 2012 to study Classical Civilisation, following graduation she began her career in property and gaining a wealth of experience in Prime Central London. Melissa excelled in facilitating transactions for both buyers and vendors. Now in her role as Corporate Account Manager at Chestertons, Melissa looks forward to fostering enduring client and tenant relationships.
Kristina began her career in property in 2016 and joined Chestertons a few years later in 2019. Since then she has worked for both the Corporate team and Chestertons Barnes branch. She has developed professional relationships and is passionate about delivering the best possible service to her clients.
