At The Negotiator Awards 2025, the UK's leading independent awards programme for estate and letting agents, Chestertons was delighted to be named winner of the Estate Agency of the Year (Large) category for the second year in a row.
Of course, it's always wonderful to win an award, especially one with as much industry prestige as this, and particularly when it continues to happen repeatedly, more than 200 years into our journey.
However, one of the reasons such recognition means so much, both to us and our clients, is because it is not the result of luck or chance, but of considered standards that we work hard to uphold across more than 30 branches and 600 team members.
Here, we wanted to give an insight into those standards and the efforts that go on behind the scenes to ensure we continuously deliver a service that delivers against the changing needs of the market and our clients.
