Katinka Hill Appointed Head of Lettings at Chestertons
Chestertons has promoted Katinka Hill to Head of Lettings, recognising her leadership, market expertise and almost two decades of contribution to the business.
Having joined Chestertons in 2007, Katinka has built her career across the company's London-wide network, progressing through a series of senior leadership roles and helping to shape the success of its lettings operation across the capital.
Her appointment reflects Chestertons' commitment to developing talent from within and investing in long-term career progression.
During almost two decades with the business, Katinka has held several senior positions, including Director of Fulham Road Lettings, Area Director for South West Lettings and, most recently, Regional Director for Central Lettings.
Throughout that time, she has led high-performing teams, supported landlords and tenants across some of London's most competitive residential markets, and played a key role in driving growth across the company's lettings business.
As Head of Lettings, Katinka will oversee lettings operations across a network of more than 35 London-wide offices.
Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for the rental sector.
London's lettings market continues to evolve, shaped by changing tenant expectations, supply and demand pressures, and the introduction of the Renters' Rights Act.
Throughout the transition, Katinka has worked closely with teams across Chestertons' network to ensure landlords, investors and tenants received clear, practical guidance on the implications of the new legislation, helping them navigate the changes with confidence.
Having spent almost two decades helping clients navigate some of London's most competitive residential markets, Katinka is looking forward to leading Chestertons' lettings business through its next chapter.
