Chestertons has once again been recognised as Estate Agency of the Year (Large) at The Negotiator Awards 2025, marking our second consecutive win at one of the UK’s most respected industry events. The award was presented on Friday, 28th November, at the gala ceremony held at Grosvenor House.
Judged by a distinguished panel of 30 leading figures from across the residential property sector, this award recognises Chestertons’ continued excellence, resilience, and commitment to delivering exceptional service in a competitive and fast-changing market.
This year, judges highlighted Chestertons’ strong focus on key performance indicators and measures, enabling focused business decisions and consistently high levels of customer service, all underpinned by comprehensive team training. They also praised the business for achieving record fee growth despite a challenging environment, a 12% rise in customer satisfaction, and for remaining deeply involved in local communities.
Winning this award for the second-year running is an incredible achievement and one we are immensely proud of. With over 400 entries from estate and lettings agencies across the country, the competition remains exceptionally strong.
