Chestertons Acquires Behr & Butchoff
Chestertons has acquired Behr & Butchoff; a successful boutique agency in St John’s Wood that has been operating since 1984.
Located on St John’s Wood High Street, Behr & Butchoff is a multi-disciplinary agency, covering residential sales, lettings and property management across St John’s Wood, Primrose Hill, Hampstead, Swiss Cottage, Maida Vale, Little Venice, Regent’s Park and Marylebone.

The acquisition comes after Chestertons’ purchases of several other sales and lettings businesses including Henry & James, Morgan Randall, London Residential and Snell & Snell. Chestertons now has over 30 offices in London and an international presence, which has recently been bolstered by its exclusive partnership with Forbes Global Properties.
