1. The Promoter
The promoter is Chestertons, 40 Connaught Street, Hyde Park, London, W2 2AB ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entering.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
• The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
• To enter, participants must complete the online form.
• The opening date for entries is 11:00 GMT Wednesday 15th April 2026 and the closing date is 23:59 Thursday 30 April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. The Prize
• The prize is one ticket to A Place in the Sun Live at Excel on 8-10 May, 2026. There are 50 tickets to give away,
• The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, or any other expenses.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner(s) will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
• The winner will be notified by email on Friday 1st May.
• If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.

8. General
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters to do with the competition will be final.
